Our Structure
The Company has a three-member Board of Directors who are responsible for overall policy making and oversight. A technical advisory team is in place to guide the Board on critical development issues, given the nature of business. Below the Board is a Secretariat – team of managers – who are hired and retained on agreed terms to implement the business decisions made by the Board of Directors. The Secretariat is led by the Managing Director as the chief executive officer who also represents the interests of the Board of Directors in the day to day operations.
